Delivery DetailsOur online Christmas shop will re-open in October 2009 when we will have a brand new collection of unique Christmas decorations on offer, plus our fresh Christmas trees! Please add us to your favourites and visit us again then.We endeavour to despatch all orders using the most cost effective means. Delivery Terms Delivery Goods supplied within the UK will normally be delivered within 48 hours of receipt of order and clearance of payment. However, in any event delvery will be within 5 working days. No Goods will be supplied outside the UK. The Seller shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. Notwithstanding the foregoing, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. Delivery of Goods will be to the address as given on the order form by the Buyer. The Buyer will make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods including collecting from a Royal Mail location if required. Title and risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods. |
